When you plan it correctly, then you can expect the team will meet the deadline. Sometimes, they do it successfully and sometimes not. However, what I can say is that they did try to get results in the shortest time possible. For example, two days ago [July 2016], we were working until 2 a.m. because we had deadlines, and we just finished. When something has to be done, it's doable. KindGeek always does everything they can to get it done.
How did they handle problems and issues that came up during development?
KindGeek was involved in the development of our mobile app. It's full stack, which means we have a web front-end, back-end algorithm, and mobile developer. KindGeek takes care of all development. The decisions, planning, and design we are doing in-house. The execution and the actual writing of the code is done there. Everything actually starts from the technology stack. Since we chose [a group in] Ukraine as our development team, it was easy for us to find PHP developers and iOS developers â part of them are Android, too. In our organization, we have team leaders here in Israel, and the developers are in Ukraine. We decided to make a dedicated team that is controlled from here, but everything is done there in Ukraine. We are doing a lot of PHP and Node.js. All the back-end, front-end, and mobile development is done there.

As we had very limited technical background by our self at the moment we started the project almost 1 year ago, this was crucial for the success of the development process. The developers were also very flexible when we introduced changes during the process. I really appreciated the daily updates weâve received from Mrinal. As a last strong point â and very important â Mrinal always respected the projected deadlines.

Knowing what we know today⦠If the company had offered a high quality frond-end designer and/or a UI specialist, I probably would have used that service / expertise. We tried to do some things by yourself which wasnât always the most efficient way. Iâve learned as a customer that the customer isnât always right. note: we also never asked for it.

Very well. I canât recall a problem which wasnât solved with the highest priority. The team was almost always available - even with the time zone difference.

After enabling Fall A (more)lert, the app will monitor your phone for free fall. When a fall is detected your phone will give you an alert notification and a timer will start to count down (from a time you specify). If you do not cancel the timer before it reaches zero, all the contacts listed will be notified that you are in danger. The first person listed will also receive an automated phone call alerting them. We have integrated with Twilio API for SMS and automated phone call. The text messages and emails will also include your GPS coordinates so your contacts will know where you are. When your phone is not on vibrate, an audible alarm will sound when a fall is detected to let you know that the timer is counting down. Mobisoft Infotech was hired to develop the client's platform for iOS and Android. Each app consists of 10 to 15 individual screens, and many complex visual graphs and animated dials.
A couple of things. Typically, the design is done by us, and then Mobisoft implements it. However, there are certain designs that are very hard to implement or that could be implemented in a different, much easier way. Sometimes, the engineers know those alternatives. It would have been nice if those engineers had recommended some changes.

A couple of things. Typically, the design is done by us, and then Mobisoft implements it. However, there are certain designs that are very hard to implement or that could be implemented in a different, much easier way. Sometimes, the engineers know those alternatives. It would have been nice if those engineers had recommended some changes.
