14 projects in .NETFrom project specification, website/graphics design, layout, wireframes, content, responsive and mobile sites, QA, Clarity designed and built a site for LDR to launch and market their newly (more)FDA-approved medical device. The site has already won 3 awards for excellence in Web Design. Clarity built two sites, a desktop-optimized site, which is very graphical and wizard driven for the user with a large enough screen, and a mobile responsive site for those that visit the site via tablet or smart phone. The idea is to have a perfectly tailored user experience no matter the device. (less)
Project Management, FE and BE development on large website project

Very well, Clarity lead developer was awesome.
Large, global corporate website with 7 portals in 6 languages.
Custom designed website with 3 distinct navigation menus for their 3 distinct visitor groups. Web design, custom development, graphics, delivery, QA and much more was needed to design and bu (more)ild this 1,000+ page web site in a short four months. (less)
Design, logo, collateral, B2B eCommerce, email marketing, custom development, implementation, QA and maintenance.
Custom design, mega menu, responsive customizations for mobile eCommerce product viewing, implementation, QA with integration to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, this mobile responsive site has a gre (more)at design, with custom UI/UX for their three unique target visitor personas. (less)
Complete site build, responsive and mobile design, custom navigation, back-office integration, 3rd party integrations, custom development, and much more made up this site that has more than (more)18 million visitors a year, with hundreds of thousands every day. (less)
This was a custom eCommerce portal that had to be HIPAA compliant, handle Medicare and Medicaid (insurance) payments, and a custom integration to Tim's ERP out of the Phillipines. The design (more) is custom-tailored to the geriatric crowd, so fonts are over-sized, design is clean, menus are dark/light and all capital letters, product pages have only pricing, one picture and a huge orange button to checkout. The design is made to make it easier for the elderly to quickly find what they need and complete their order. (less)
The client is extremely satisfied with Clarity Ventures. Working with Clarity Ventures has decreased the client's release time for upcoming projects, reduced the number of post-release bugs found in projects, and reduced the time to resolve issues. The client would recommend Clarity Ventures to others.
There have been instances where we might have internally questioned someone in the house that a certain project with Clarity took. Ultimately, we were able to get down to the granular formâlook at each individual hour, look at everything that happened. At the end of the day, if Clarity felt that, yes, after their code review and their time review that it did go over budget, they actually made up for that.
As a whole, weâve been very impressed with the amount of output and work that Clarityâs been able to provide. Previously, whenever we did releases, our customer care center would instantly get a giant influx of calls for different areas of bugs because the previous developers werenât doing good testing. With Clarity, itâs very rare that we have a post-release bug. If we were to have a post-release bug, oftentimes, those bugs are resolved within about five to six hours. Theyâre able to release and weâll be back, fully up and running in a certain area that might be throwing the bugs. Weâve been impressed, and in the times that weâve had any issue whatsoever with Clarity, theyâve been very open to sit down with us and go through the review process. In the few times that weâve done it, theyâve actually come in and said, you know, we agree that this wasnât what it was supposed to be, and theyâve actually credited us for those hours.
We have used in-house development for about 15 or 16 years. We are a small business, so weâve only ever been able to afford one developer on hand at one time. There have been brief periods where we were able to get a few developers in-house on a short-term basis to ramp up certain software or completely overhaul our software. In the past several years, this company had gone through several ownership transitions. Weâve been under the same owner, but specifically, it was a family-owned business; the family split up the business and gave away different states to their family members. So, this owner got Texas and Ohio; with that transition and knowledge, weâre projecting our growth in the near future. We felt that it would be good to outsource our development. That way, we can get a whole lot more done. We knew the upfront investment would be more than actually having an in-house developer. However, we realized that at any one time, we have a team of developers that can jump and resolve an issue much more quickly. Thatâs why we opted to go with outsourcing our development and ultimately in our review process, we selected Clarity as our best option for what our company needed.
This website services an award-winning home owners association of over 30,000 families, handling many event calendars, HOA notices, paying their bill online, local vendor directories, commun (more)ity discussion and services boards, mobile responsive and a lot more went into this great site. (less)
Tillamook County government needed a new website to service their 7 public libraries. New Horizons has over 450 franchises, each with their own web property. Being in the hospitality business, MeetingLists.com has been servicing company event data for decades. Now with this data, they've built a new business, selling that data to other hotels loo (more)king to fill their convention and conference rooms. This is a multi-million dollar side-business that came up by just knowing the right information. Next came the big question - how do we serve up, protect and monetize that data? That's where Clarity stepped in and built them a custom, mobile responsive, search-driven, Commerce site to help provide a unique and easy user experience to buy, maintain, and transact their data. Designing and manufacturing medical devices worldwide is what they do. The most difficult task was how to market and support 9 different countries, who approved different devices, spoke dif (more)ferent languages and had their own product management teams to keep happy. That was the task Clarity had. They had to come up with a design and user experience that every country's management team liked, yet was easy enough for them to control and manipulate their own data, products, translations, and much more. Project summary: The client is a global medical equipment designer and distributor that specializes in devices for spinal applications. The client sought a technology partner to redesign and rebuild their primary website. Clarity Ventures was one of several potential vendors to receive a request for proposal from the client, and they were selected as the solution partner based on their demonstrated capabilities. Once commissioned, Clarity Ventures was responsible for the complete site build, which included requirements gathering, project scoping, strategic oversight, custom visual design, backend functional development (JavaScript/DotNetNuke), data preparation and migration, systems integration, hosting and database configuration, information architecture, user interface/user experience and performance testing, training, and support.
Clarity did their best to adjust resources to be able to have someone available around the clock (7 countries from around the world had people working on the project), however, it can add delays in response time, when you're working in a time zone 8 hours off of the vendor.
The client expressed great satisfaction for the work delivered by Clarity Ventures. According to the client, their successfully deployed website received overwhelmingly positive feedback from internal staff and external users alike. Clarity Ventures was praised highly for their methodical approach to development and project management. The client recommends Clarity Ventures to others.
Clarity built a global corporate site, with 7 localized child portals for 7 different countries. Each country's FDA approved different medical devices in each, so each country had to have their own unique portal and products listing. Each portal had to be tied together with a global navigation for corporate information, then make it easy to navigate to your respective country to view the devices approved for implant in each country.

Done in less than 2 months, this site is both professional, as well as functional. Mobile responsive design provides a great experience across all devices. (less)
Excellent client communication, support, and coaching.
Not much. Each interaction was very timely and supportive. I would recommend them to everyone.
They did an excellent job of communicating to make sure we understood the issue, they understood what we wanted and needed. They explained technical items in terms the layman could understand. They fixed it, then they walked us through trouble shooting tips in case we got in a jam. Finally they alway let us know they were there if we need them.

Shining Star started out as just a custom therapy recruiting portal with a ton of SEO to drive traffic with the goal to hire new therapists. It was so successful, that the site was upgraded (more)into a HIPAA compliant, custom therapist portal as well. Very committed to our success. Went above the call to insure our needs were met. Spent quality time with us at every point in the process. Huge value in "educating us" in how marketing via our website would work -- made it experience-level based; they didn't overwhelm us.

We are a software company located in New York with 40 plus employees. Every now and then we outsource work similar to the job we gave to this vendor called Neadevis. 8 out of 10 times I am extremely disappointed with the results of outsourcing and is why we try to outsource as little as possible. I had a very different experience dealing with the owner, Igor, and his wonderful staff. First you must speak to his quality control staff and get the project fully understood, then in writing, then agreed on by both parties. The project is then in turn passed to his programmers whom are lightning fast with giving you results. They did a great job understanding the vision of the product and providing a prototype before starting development. They also have a ton of experience in the technology space which made our decision to work with Prototype much easier.
They did a great job prototyping the front end of the system but I would have liked to have seen a prototype of the back end. This would have provided more clarity and avoided the amount of questions/miscommunication on how the back end would look and feel.
They handled problems and issues in a timely fashion, gave feedback on why the issue/problem was happening and fixed it within the timeframe they provided.
They built a unified group ticketing platform that is scaled to stand alone or integrate with main ticketing providers in a seamless process.
Product Design, Full Development, Mobile First Design, High-Fidelity Prototyping, QA, End-to-End Development
Prototype1 did a great job of understanding our needs, designing/developing great software, and delivering the project when they said they would. They were independent when we needed them to be but brought issues to our attention when it was necessary.
They started a little slow but made up for it through out the project. They could have communicated a little more with the team regarding their progress even though they were on schedule it would have been nice to know.
They let us know quickly if there seemed to be a hold up and they rarely made assumptions without validating them. in one instance they told us they hit a road block and would be delivering the project late but in the end they made up the lost time and still finished on the original finish date.
Prototype1 built us a distance learning platform that will allow us to create unique courses and tests and our clients to take these tests for state credits. While we did the original scoping of the project Prototype1 helped vet the original scope, design the system, built us high-fidelity prototypes to test, and developed the complete software.
This project was part of our former company, ONOSYS, a white label SaaS company. We built online ordering systems for the largest restaurants in the US (Applebee's, KFC, etc). The system sup (more)ported over 8,500 restaurant locations and $300 MM in transaction/year. (less)
Oleg and Dave were instrumental in understanding what our customer needs were and tailoring the system to fit those needs well.
They could stay a little more organized throughout the project. They communicate well and are on time but sometimes let the project management take a back seat to the implementation (of design, development, etc).
They acted fast to resolve them. Even if it wasn't something that was their fault they just fixed it the best way possible the situation allowed.

Excellent job of seeing the big picture from the beginning and asking the right questions to guide product development.
It would be helpful to have clearer estimates of timelines and awareness of the steps needed to finalize the products before they go live.
They have been extremely helpful and available if problems arise. They take responsibility for issues, if relevant, and create an action plan to solve issues.
They helped build an app and website for tracking farmers' market use.

Estimation of tasks and timelines while being agile is always difficult. I would look for more conservative (but realistic) estimates in the future.

5 projects in .NETOur offshore team developed a mobile application which provides flexible and simple control of plug energy consumption. Results Achieved:ââ¬Â¢ Product brings dramatic savings to end (more) usersââ¬Â¢ Complete solution available on the app storesââ¬Â¢ Development in 3 versions - for iPhone and iPad, for Android, and for Windows Phone 7 ââ¬ÅIt looks really great, thank you! I am very impressed from your team achievement during time we work together!ââ¬Â Mihail Mihaylov, Fifthplay, Project ManagerClient / FifthplayTechnology / iOS (iPhone/ iPad), Android, Windows Phone 7 Fifthplay develops and produces innovative technologies for energy management in buildings and for health monitoring of patients. They are also actively working on the further integration of technology into our buildings and cities.Gateway is a key device for Fifthplay customers. It enables various devices to be accessed from the Internet without a computer. One of the great features Gateway provides is the ability to control devices at home via the Internet. The Energy Smart application that we have developed for Fifthplay is an inroad to the skyrocketing mobile market. Users who install it on their smartphones obtain mobile control over their home plugs. What the client requiredThe customer ordered the full cycle of the application development for 3 OS: iOS, Android and Windows Phone 7. It included:ââ¬Â¢ Architecture and planning;ââ¬Â¢ Graphical design;ââ¬Â¢ Implementation;ââ¬Â¢ Testing;ââ¬Â¢ Posting on app stores. What we offered to our clientOur team was able to cover all required tasks and developed all 3 versions from scratch. After the acceptance procedures at the customer side, those applications were published on the respective app stores.Main features of the applicationThe user logs into his/her account using login and password received together with the Gateway. A list of registered plugs is shown. Their statuses are indicated using special icons or labels, as shown on the screenshots. In addition, the list on the Windows Phone 7 version is done in the form of a panorama, and shows various totals: Tapping on a plug opens the Plug Details screen. Here, the user sees information about electricity consumption on the plug, and can turn it on/off from his/her smartphone. (less)
We created visual reporting web software that represents the data from Visma Global ERP Results Achieved:ââ¬Â¢ Visual and user friendly compelling data representationââ¬Â¢ (more)Enhance real time reporting of ERP ââ¬Â¢ Better information for sales and department managersClient / DuplexTechnology / ASP.NET, HTML5, BootstrapWhat the client requiredOur long term partner Duplex approached us with project MoniBoard. It supposed to be a web-based program that is showing real-time figures/key figures, from Visma Global ERP system, it should be presented in a web browser. The main goal was to present figures in an easy and understandable way for persons who have no or little knowledge of economy/finance. The program should address typically sales-organizations, project managers, department-managers. The program was not intended to be a tool for deep financial analysing. What we deliveredWe have developed together with our partner Duplex visually compelling reporting system called MoniBoard which as required is very user friendly. Our solution takes data FROM Visma Global ERP system and shows them in web browser.MoniBoard consist of these parts: ââ¬Â¢ A composer which is a service installed at the customer server. This extracts data from ERP and admin part, does calculations and transfers everything into a standard xml file.ââ¬Â¢ A parser imports the xml file to the Moniboard database (SQL).ââ¬Â¢ Webpageso Front-end that shows graphs and figures.o Admin part - for user and role management, input of budget figures and other settings.Web part uses responsive design with breakpoints at 320, 768, 1024 and 1280 px.Front-end boards - reportsA board is the frame where the figures are presented to the user. Moniboard is consist of 4 different boardsââ¬Â¢ Public board ââ¬â a screenreport with figures aimed for a public display.ââ¬Â¢ Mydashboard ââ¬â a report with figures belonging to each employee.ââ¬Â¢ MyDepartment ââ¬â a report with figures belonging to a specific department.ââ¬Â¢ MyCompany ââ¬â a report with figures for the total.Examples of reports: Sales today - Collection of figures showing the current status of salesDepartment history - graphical representation comparing budget vs actual contribution margin. Year budget vs actual - it shows accumulated budget compared to actual. Topsellers - table showing top 5 sellersBoard of fame - the graph shows performance in percent per month compared to budget. Potentials ââ¬â it gives the user a view of his/her sales potential based on invoiced orders and orders. (less)

Continue the work. Most of the time when issues where arising, they where awaiting feedback from me. Perhaps give me more reminders to give feedback, to speed up progression.
Very good, most of the time all problem fixing was handled without involving me. In cases, they were unsure, they explained the problems and what coursed it, but also provided well thought solutions to fix the problems.

We extended the development team by adding six highly skilled developers to help build content around Windows Phone, Azure and Windows 8. The product was an innovative e-learning system for (more)improving software development skills. Results Achieved:ââ¬Â¢ Product makes learning development skills easierââ¬Â¢ Real-world-like experience through emulation of developerââ¬â¢s platformââ¬Â¢ A coding sandbox to learn new skills and programming techniques ââ¬Â¢ Tight integration with Visual Studioââ¬ÅWeââ¬â¢re delighted with their aptitude and skill sets. Their communication with us has been focused and productive. In a very short space of time, weââ¬â¢ve come to feel that they are part of InnerWorkings and have almost forgotten that they work with APRO Outsourcing.ââ¬ÂRobert Brady ââ¬â VP of Operations, InnerWorkings, Ireland.InnerWorkings, Ireland / Client .NET, C#, HTML5, JavaScript / TechnologyInnerWorkings learning platformIn contrast to ineffective classroom instructors, lightweight e-learning or expensive conferences, the InnerWorkings platform emulates a developerââ¬â¢s real-world experience. It is a coding sandbox, tightly integrated with Visual Studio, to help .NET developers learn new skills and programming techniques. Developers learn by completing real coding exercises and submitting their solutions to the platformââ¬Ës patented code judging engine. The platformââ¬Ës judging engine follows a rules-based model to provide each developer with detailed feedback on their code solutions in real-time ââ¬â no waiting around for an instructor to grade the developerââ¬Ës solution. The InnerWorking learning system already contains hundreds of training programs (drills). Each drill consists of several steps. What did we offer to our client? We offered developers experienced in working with a wide range of technologies. For this project, knowledge of a specific field was not essential: a general understanding with the ability to learn was more important. Our client also demanded a high level of code quality, and therefore we offered them more senior developers. We offered six developers who:ââ¬Â¢ Have experience in a variety of .NET frameworksââ¬Â¢ Have extensive experience in one or more of these frameworks, and who can design simple applications wellââ¬Â¢ Enjoy programming and like to learn new thingsââ¬Â¢ Can write clear, simple and well-factored code ââ¬Â¢ Can communicate really well in their own language, and fairly well in English. Our developersââ¬â¢ role in the processThe complete development process requires strong collaboration between the management team in Ireland, and developers both in Ireland and on our side. Our developers are responsible for the following steps:ââ¬Â¢ Story development - the task developer researches the topic to be developed, and produces sketches of the scenario and the problem statement.ââ¬Â¢ Code development - the first of two important code-development phases, with the goal of producing the result project. The result project is used as the sample solution offered to users at the end of a task, but more importantly, during development it serves as the template for the task project in which the user works.ââ¬Â¢ Primary development - Primary development creates the remaining elements of a task (the task project, the task document and the task tests). The task project is created from the result project, but changed to create the challenge that the user will solve in order to learn. The task document contains the scenario, problem statement, and all other presentation elements such as steps, hints, constraints and summary. The task tests are also created at this point. (less)

The main purpose of the solution is the sharing of documents between companies, their customers and their partners. By archiving and publishing documents in ShareDoc, all the involved parties will always have access to the latest versions of relevant documents ââ¬â 24 hours a day. Companies, their partners and customers have the opportunity to publish, view and edit documents, provided they have been given the necessary access rights. All the actions carried out in the system are logged, to provide a complete record of which party has uploaded, edited or read the document. ShareDoc uses widely accepted standards for encryption, data storage and user interfaces. This ensures easy but secure access to the system, and unlimited possibilities for integrating ShareDoc in third-party systems. The team had to work independently, following Fifthplay architecture standards, and report to technical and business people. What we offered to our client Our team of four professionals performs development and QA tasks on the project. A user experience designer, also provided by APRO, creates UI concepts for the Nuvonet Portal and for other customersââ¬â¢ projects. The co-operation between APRO team and Fifthplay is based on Kanban methodology as used, for example, in Toyota plants.Application design principlesThe application was designed to meet the needs of a wide variety of users with many different types of devices. Our main task was to create the public version of the portal, together with user experience design and usability optimization. We have developed the portal for use across all browsers and tablets, including iPad and Android-based devices, and we have also developed a mobile version. The main technologies used are as follows:ââ¬Â¢ ASP.NETââ¬Â¢ MVC 3ââ¬Â¢ MS SQL ââ¬Â¢ Entity Frameworkââ¬Â¢ JavaScriptââ¬Â¢ CSS The portal has several features, allowing the user to:ââ¬Â¢ consult custom-tailored news reports and weather informationââ¬Â¢ search for services of merchants, associations and service providersââ¬Â¢ order products and services directly from merchants (baker, supermarket, etc.)ââ¬Â¢ consult city informationââ¬Â¢ subscribe to city eventsââ¬Â¢ monitor in-house energy consumptionââ¬Â¢ carry out a GPS search for closest store, restaurant, or other points of interestConclusionWe offered Fifthplay three developers and one QA engineer, who work remotely in our development centre. There is also a user experience designer who creates all the portal designs and improves application usability. The team has considerable experience of work in user-oriented projects, paying close attention to device compatibility, performance and comfortable usability. (less)
We have developed a tablet solution which makes inspection in warehouses easier Results Achieved: ââ¬Â¢ Faster and efficient defects reporting ââ¬Â¢ Important infor (more)mation about inspections shareable ââ¬Â¢ Better inspection management Client / Pehade, Mdo Techniek Platform / ASP.NET, MS SQL, Android (tablet devices) What the customer required The customer is MDO Techniek, a Belgian warehouse service company which builds and repairs storage systems. Also they perform security evaluations of warehouse storage systems. The storage equipment should be checked for each position in a warehouse. If there is a safety problem, this should be reported. The customer wanted to have an application for an Android tablet devices (7ââ¬â¢Ã¢â¬â¢+) and big smart phones (e.g. Samsung Galaxy Note) that would help them during inspection and can generate a complete report in PDF-format afterwards in web based management backend system. What we implemented APRO implemented a complete inspection solution for the customer. Back-end part: Back end part was developed using ASP.NET and MS SQL technologies which provides system management functions: - user management - management of parts and defect types - management of registered inspections and defects - set of special reports - web service responsible for communication between mobile application and server Front-end part: User starts from the main screen where he can select inspection from the list of the existing inspections or create a new inspection. After that user can begin (or continue) inspection: inspect warehouse, search for defects, and add them into report (add photo, description, coordinates). After inspection is finished whole inspection report should be send to server where managers can do reports and communicate to their customers. Android application was developed to support online and offline modes. (less)
We provided a team to develop a system for processing user information and managing user access within a Wi-Fi Internet network which is used mainly for advertising. Results Achieved: (more) ââ¬Â¢ More accurate advertising as a result of userôs profile analysis ââ¬Â¢ Application provides valuable user statistics for marketing purposes ââ¬Â¢ Userôs actions tracked by log features ââ¬Â¢ Client is now more accurate and thus more effective in his marketing ââ¬Â¢ Application is flexible for third-party service replacements Client / ZapFi Technology / Java, PHP ZapFi was created to provide free Wi-Fi Internet for the city of Bruges. Now the company is growing its network to other cities and even countries. Also various applications have been developed (especially in the mobile field) to provide more services to ZapFi users and more ways to advertise to the customers. What the client required ZapFi uses its network for advertising. Therefore the client needed a core system for storing user data and managing their sessions. This system was called ZapCenter and was primarily needed to improve their advertisement targeting to users. Also the system had to collect network usage statistics: registrations count, session numbers per day/week etc. What we offered to our client First we provided an analyst and project manager to the client. They participated in software platform selection, and recommended an application server and the database engine. After that, we developed database schemes and the application structure. Then we provided ZapFi with three Java developers to create the system for storing user data. New users are required to register and provide some basic information about themselves. This is called the user profile. During the user sessions, the profile is updated with statistical information for further advertisement analysis. Based on the profiles, the system discovers user interests and is able to provide the right advertisements to them. The APRO part is the core of the whole ZapFi system for maintenance and administration of the whole advertising Wi-Fi network. We store data about user registrations and their sessions, log their actions and do the analysis of these. The application is built using J2EE, GlassFish as an application server, and PostgreSQL database. It provides a RESTful API for the client-side applications. Application design principles As ZapCenter is used by several teams (and their applications), and at the same time contains sensitive user data, security was one of the main requirements. Another important requirement is flexibility. ZapCenter uses several third-party services (SMS sending, WiFi equipment, warehouse application etc.). We were required to make service replacement as easy possible. The system needed to support Multilanguage and localization. We also solved various interesting technical problems, such as language-specific characters in SMS messages. Conclusion During the development, there were continuous improvements to ZapCenter in order to find the best solution. This required intensive communication with the customer and all the teams participating in the development. The customer had several teams working on the different parts of the system. Most of them were using the API provided by the APRO application to request user data or usage statistics. (less)

Results Achieved: ââ¬Â¢ Improved management and surveillance over teams ââ¬Â¢ Report evaluations from various data formats (video, images, text) ââ¬Â¢ Total costs for management of data were reduced ââ¬Â¢ Whole process is more effective, faster and more accurate Client / Pehade, Mdo Techniek Platform / Android (tablet devices) What the customer required The customer is Mdo Techniek, a Belgian warehouse service company which builds and repairs storage systems. They have to manage their teams who are on the road daily to perform one or more jobs. So they would like to use an application for electronic paperless reporting. The customer wanted the team leaders to use Android-based tablets (e.g. Samsung Tab 10ââ¬Â) to fill in the reports at the end of a job. A report consists of completing a number of fields, adding pictures or video images, and having the customerââ¬â¢s client sign the report on the tabletââ¬â¢s screen. The tabletââ¬â¢s application needs to communicate with a back-office web application where the customer can prepare the jobs, and manage the users and clients, but can also make evaluation reports, using the information from the individual reports. What we implemented APRO implemented a complete solution for the customer. The solution contains a back-end part (developed using ASP.NET and MS SQL technologies) which provides system management functions: manage (create / edit / delete) users, job tasks and other data; generate reports for company management. The second part of the solution is an Android application which runs on Android 10ââ¬â¢Ã¢â¬â¢ tablet devices (e.g. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10ââ¬â¢Ã¢â¬â¢) and allows the creation and uploading of reports to the server after some work is done on the client side. The user can attach photos and videos to the report, which will be uploaded and stored on the server. After the work is done and the user creates a report, the customer signs this report directly on the device and the report is sent to the server. (less)

What the client required Hogan by Karl Lagerfeld requested an iPhone and iPad application as an additional way of promoting their new collection. A mobile application should include product information, campaign images, personal sketches and an interview with Karl Lagerfeld. The application is supposed to be entirely in black-and-white and includes menu options such as photos, sketches, collection and interview. The photos section will show campaign images of the Fall/Winter 2011-12 collection using both male and female models. This collection includes shoes, jackets and handbags in leather and high-tech materials. Another section displays personal sketches by Mr. Lagerfeld. Users are able to see drawings of people wearing the collection, as well as individual product sketches. The collection section will show products by themselves. The pictures are high-resolution so that consumers can correctly see the materials and textures of the products. If users tap the ââ¬Åmoreââ¬Â option, they will be able to send products via email and find a store that carries the item. The most unique part of the application will be Mr. Lagerfeldââ¬â¢s interview. The famed designer discusses inspiration, his take on the collection and specific products from the collection. What we implemented APRO developed both iPhone and iPad applications which covered all the requirements. One of the more challenging parts of the implementation was the requirement for the customer to display photos within the application in very high resolution, which the user should be able to leaf through quickly. Unfortunately, current device capabilities were not sufficient to support this requirement in a standard way, so our team implemented a special algorithm which helped to solve the issue. (less)

What did the service provider do well?
Quality of technical solution. Delivery in time. Asking the right questions about the solution to ensure correct understanding, before starting the project
Where could the service provider improve?
Continue the work. Most of the time when issues where arising, they where awaiting feedback from me. Perhaps give me more reminders to give feedback, to speed up progression.
How did they handle problems and issues that came up during development?
Very good, most of the time all problem fixing was handled without involving me. In cases, they were unsure, they explained the problems and what coursed it, but also provided well thought solutions to fix the problems.
What did the service provider build or do for you? What was your project?
Web-based dashboard, frontend and backend. HTML, .Net development and database queries.

During our partnership with CBA Software, we have improved the current Internet version of the product, and developed an MS Outlook 2003/2007 Add-in.

(less)

It is store specializing on selling already unpacked goods from other e-shops. When clients return the products, for e-shops it is better to sell these goods to Limal. Then Limal will sell it on auction portals and on its own e-shop Rozbaleno.cz. This market focus makes pressure on Limal logistics because each product that is received is basically different. The employees of Limal had to take pictures of each product and then they uploaded it on server and it was very time consuming to put tags to these products. Limal needed some solution that would make this process more efficient. What we implemented We have created native android app which is then running on Limalââ¬â¢s cameras (Galaxy Camera GC100). In this app user will set up the resolution and define FTP server. We have created native android app which is then running on Limalââ¬â¢s cameras (Galaxy Camera GC100). What did the service provider do well?
They take the project to heart, no matter how small or complicated the project is. You feel some real "ownership" for the product that's being developed. They are flexible for small "along the way" changes or small issues from our end. They communicate well and react fast. You can reach them by e-mail or skype easily. My main contact (Dan Kandrashonak - CTO) speaks excellent English which makes communication a lot easier and avoids wrong interpretations of specs. Their main skills cover .NET, Java, IOS and Android)
Where could the service provider improve?
I think they still need to develop or improve their own business processes as a company.
How did they handle problems and issues that came up during development?
They contacted us immediatly and came up with one or more suggestions to solve the issue. If we discovered some issues, they try to identify the source of the problem ASAP and fix it within the shortest time.

We developed iPhone and iPad application for a luxury footwear and accessories promotion. Results Achieved: ââ¬Â¢ Very high-resolution view function adapted to hardware limits (more) by special algorithm ââ¬Â¢ Function to send products via email ââ¬Â¢ Function to find a store that carries the item ââ¬Â¢ Video with Mr. Lagerfeldââ¬â¢s interview integrated ââ¬Â¢ Great response from end users, according to the survey Client / Fortess, Hogan Platform / iOS (iPhone and iPad) Hogan is a Karl Lagerfeld label which is comprised of luxury footwear and accessories designed for trendy yet discerning cosmopolitan women and men. (less)
