Since we chose [a group in] Ukraine as our development team, it was easy for us to find PHP developers and iOS developers â part of them are Android, too. In our organization, we have team leaders here in Israel, and the developers are in Ukraine. We decided to make a dedicated team that is controlled from here, but everything is done there in Ukraine. When you plan it correctly, then you can expect the team will meet the deadline. Sometimes, they do it successfully and sometimes not. However, what I can say is that they did try to get results in the shortest time possible. For example, two days ago [July 2016], we were working until 2 a.m. because we had deadlines, and we just finished. When something has to be done, it's doable. KindGeek always does everything they can to get it done.
How did they handle problems and issues that came up during development?
KindGeek was involved in the development of our mobile app. It's full stack, which means we have a web front-end, back-end algorithm, and mobile developer. KindGeek takes care of all development. The decisions, planning, and design we are doing in-house. The execution and the actual writing of the code is done there. Everything actually starts from the technology stack. Since we chose [a group in] Ukraine as our development team, it was easy for us to find PHP developers and iOS developers â part of them are Android, too. In our organization, we have team leaders here in Israel, and the developers are in Ukraine. We decided to make a dedicated team that is controlled from here, but everything is done there in Ukraine. We are doing a lot of PHP and Node.js. All the back-end, front-end, and mobile development is done there.

A main challenge was that Worksoft desired generic components that would be reusable and able to fit with other applications. While this took more time to figure out, our team was dedicated to finding a solution that worked, ultimately deciding to use Angular2. There PM was very detailed oriented. Stayed in daily contact with us and always made sure we knew status of project. There devs fixed bugs right away and were fast on development.

Costs were higher than local devs but they were worth the extra money. Vietnam mobile developers can be hit and miss, but we were lucky to have found Quodisys.

We had a lot of design changes but they were flexible. Also responded and collaborated well with our IT teams during integration with our databases and systems.,

Quodisys developed our iOS app that allowed customers to earn loyalty points and prizes. The app allowed us to connect to our existing database customers to improve marketing and promotions. They added a lot of value with their experience in digital marketing and analytics.

Communication was excellent. We were always updated frequently and questions were responded to within hours. They are very flexible on small changes and adapting to our needs. A lot of my staff are not technical but they explained it easy for them to understand.

Quodisys designed and developed our ecommerce website. Our's was 5years old and needed a major update. The design was a much better than the previous one, and performance was leaps ahead.

They quickly responded to my issues and built a solid site that's given me no problems since inception. They added functions and features that I hadn't previously thought of but which turned out to be important for the smooth operation of my site.

They write good code but need some guidance with regard to design. They are capable of executing design concepts but this is definitely more of a dev shop than a design studio.

They proactively spotted some problems, which was nice. They also responded really quickly to problems that I identified. They were basically available 24/7, which was awesome.
